CX National Series 2023 Rnd 5 & 6

Ipswich Cycling Club is proud to host the Auscycling National Series CX, Rounds 5 & 6 in 2023. A new venue for the series and a chance for riders from across the country to fight for points in QLD.

NOTE: you must enter for Round 5 & Round 6 separately if you are wanting to race on Saturday and Sunday.

Entries close midnight Thursday June 15th. There will be NO late or on the day entries.

Where Is It?

Ipswich Cycle Park

A dedicated multi use cycling facility in Ipswich. We host regular training sessions for our members here, and regular club criterium races on the 1st & 3rd Friday of each month. The crit track, the infield, the drainage works and the banks of Deebing Creek provide opportunity for a fast and testing CX course.

This has been the venue for the Auscycling QLD CX State Championships in 2021 & 2022.

Ipswich Cycle Park is easily accessed from the Cunningham Hwy, via the Ripley Rd exit. Or you can plan your trip using your favourite maps app - Google Maps Location

NSCX Round 5 - 11:00 AM to 3:00 PM

Handup / All-in Racing - 3:30 PM to 5:00 PM

Sunday 18th

NSCX Round 6 - 9:00 AM to 1:00 PM

Where To Ride Around Ipswich

We have access to lots of off the road facilities in Ipswich, including the ever popular 160km Brisbane Valley Rail Trail. You can find out more at - Discover Ipswich Onya Bike. U17, Expert & Masters categories will be allowed upto 50mm tyres at the widest point.

Open, U15, U13, U11 & Little Crossers categories have no limit on tyre width
